About production
On the previous pages we introduced you to the range of products of Ivanovoiskozh. Now we are going to give you more detailed information about the production methods.
The very first meters of pilot production at the time were manufactured in February 1967. The Japanese machinery of the following companies has been used: ‘Nippon Roll’, ‘Kyoto Machinery’, ‘Toyo Menka’ and ‘Otani’. They have been assembled and operated by the Japanese specialists from the company ‘Nippon Roll’.
For producing materials, Ivanovoiskozh is using the calendering method as a way of applying the polymeric coating.
The next step is a gelation process that forms the product and provides operating life/long lasting life of materials. This stage is a finishing point of producing the goods.
There is an additional feature to it. To reach an efficient effect that the Customer might wish to order, a printed or finishing coating can be applied.
The finished materials are sent to the quality management department for final examination in accordance to organoleptic and physicomechanical criteria.
The successfully examined products are then packed and store. From this moment onward it is there ready for you to order.
Ivanovoiskozh is constantly developing our methods of production. We have started operating new textile machines produced by the German company KARL MAYER (http://www.karlmayer.ch) for the production of various warp knitting bases for reinforced awning materials.
